No Fix No Fee
No fix, no fee, even if we don't repair your laptop.
After receiving our quote, if you decide not to go ahead with the repair, we will return your laptop to you at no cost.
Please check other companies' terms - often they state they have a 'No fix no fee' policy, but in the small print state that you must pay as much as £35.00 just to get your laptop returned to you, if you decide not to use their services! When we say "No fee", we mean it!
One hour delivery window with Interlink Express
Are you fed up of having to stay in all day, waiting for a delivery? Our couriers give you a one hour delivery window.
You will receive an e-mail and text message on the day your laptop is being delivered to you, stating the one hour delivery window your laptop will arrive in. If you aren't able to receive your parcel during that time, you can reply to the text or e-mail to change the date of the delivery to the next day, or the day after that.
Once you have received your one hour delivery window e-mail or text, you can plan your day more easily - no need to wait in all day for your laptop to be delivered!
