If you aren't able to receive your parcel during that time, you can reply to the text or e-mail to change the date of the delivery to the next day, or the day after that.

Once you have received your one hour delivery window e-mail or text, you can plan your day more easily - no need to wait in all day for your laptop to be delivered!
